Automation Notes Now Link to Jobs and Placement
Automations
Notes created from job and placement-based automations now reference both the contact record and the related job or placement, making them visible across your ATS workflow.
What's New?
When you use an Add Note step in a job or placement automation, the note is now created with the job or placement as the related entity. This means notes automatically appear in both the contact record and the job or placement record.
Why Does It Matter?
Previously, notes from job and placement automations only appeared on the contact record, requiring you to navigate between records to see the full context. With this change, you can now view relevant notes directly from the contact, job, or placement record without switching views. This streamlines your workflow, reduces unnecessary navigation, and ensures that important communications are visible in the context where they matter most—whether you're reviewing a candidate or managing an open role.
